1. Are you available on the chosen date?

TEA Parties has availability on most weekends of the year. We will be able to notify you if there is a conflict on your date.
 

2. Have you planned on a short notice? What did you do?

We ask that brides schedule their weddings with us at least 9 months in advance. However, we will work with couples on a shorter notice if they choose our day-of coordinating package. For corporate & special events we prefer a minimum of 6 months of planning time.
 

3. How many other weddings will you handle on/around the same date?

Weddings are special and require lots of attention to detail. We will meet with several brides for a specific wedding date, but will only contract one full-service wedding per day.
 

4. How long have you been working as a wedding coordinator? How many events have you planned?

TEA Parties started as a side business in 1998. Since then, we have grown into a full-time business and coordinate on an average of seven to ten events per year.
 

5. Do you belong to a professional organization network?

Networking is key! We believe in professional development by participating in several industry organizations.
 

6. Does TEA Parties have business credentials?

Yes, TEA Parties is recognized by the state of Florida as an incorporation, and holds both city and county business licenses.
 

7. What are your fees and how does billing work?

You will find TEA Parties’ prices to be comparable to other professional planners in the industry. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments. Each month you will receive a reminder about your account.
 

8. Can you work with our budget?

Yes, TEA Parties welcomes all budgets. The national average cost of a wedding is a rising $28,000! Our average bridal budget is $18,000. Whether your budget is $10,000 or $100,000, TEA Parties will create a spectacular event that neither you nor your guests will forget.
 

9. How many hours per week will you spend planning our wedding/event

TEA Parties will work on your wedding or event weekly. However, the most hours will be spent in the beginning and ending phases of the planning process.
 

10. How often do you provide updates to your clients and how are they communicated?

We welcome our clients to contact us at anytime any updates or questions. TEA Parties' most efficient form of contact is through email at teaparties1@yahoo.com.
 

11. How do you dress on the day of the wedding?

Rest assured, TEA Parties is always dressed professionally and appropriately for your event.
 

12. Will we be penalized if we decide not to work with you after the contract has been signed?

We give our clients an opportunity to share their future plans with us in a non-threatening manner. Due to value of time, once a contract has been signed any amount paid is non-refundable.
 

13. Will you guarantee backup arrangements if you suddenly become sick or unavailable on our wedding day?

In the event of illness, TEA Parties will assign a qualified assistant or refer a comparable consultant to take lead in making your day both look beautiful and run smoothly.
